The Mommy Match was created to foster life-long friendships amongst pregnant
women. The Mommy Match welcomes expectant moms during all stages of
pregnancy, whether you're a few weeks pregnant or ready to POP!
Pregnancy is a very special and exciting time, yet it can also be overwhelming.
Wouldn't it be comforting to have friends who are experiencing the same feelings as
you? The Mommy Match is here to help you establish friendships with soon-to-be
mommies while gaining lots of information about pregnancy and motherhood.
The Mommy Match welcomes expectant moms from all over Long Island. It is a place
to discuss the joys and struggles of pregnancy, as well as the preparation for your
role as a new mommy. This four week get-together will give you the opportunity to
begin building your "mommy network" while enjoying a fabulous dinner. Each week
the menu changes, because as we all know pregnant women are always craving
something new!
While enjoying dinner, The Mommy Match has arranged for a variety of speakers to
share their knowledge on various topics from preconception through birth and
beyond. Each week expectant moms will have the chance to socialize and gain lots
of helpful information from the speakers as well as each other.
The dinners are held one night a week at the City Café located in Garden City. They
begin at 7:00 pm and end at approximately 9:30 pm. The Mommy Match is looking
forward to meeting you as you prepare for your journey into motherhood.
